Research Administration System (RAS) is the system designed to facilitate and support the management of XJTLU research-related projects and activities. The system provides a way to digitalize the related research administration processes, operations, and information management at XJTLU.
Currently, the RAS contains five main modules, which are Internal Projects Module, Governmental Projects Module, Collaborative Projects Module, Intellectual Property Module, and Research Output Awards Module. They are supporting the management of research projects, IP, and research output awards throughout their life cycles, from intention submission to project completion. From the perspective of researchers, these modules will effectively bring online all related processes.
Throughout the whole life cycle of each project, all the information and materials that are filled/imported in RAS can be directly used for the process management and documents archive.
