The basic idea of HeXie Management Theory believes that human activities are uncertain, diverse, and involves multiple meanings, evolve with the limited intervention, and the evolution process often includes gaming. Developed as a vehicle to help us interact with the world and address issues, the theoretical framework for HeXie Management Theory consists of a Vision and Mission, the HeXie Theme, the He Principle, the Xie Principle, the Coupling of He and Xie Principles, HeXie Leadership, and HeXie Expansion, etc. The Vision and Mission provide the positioning and long-term goal for development and are relatively stable and strategic.
