Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation with Specialisation in Enterprise Governance, Innovation and Succession Pathway
The Enterprise Governance, Innovation, and Succession (GIS) pathway addresses the challenges of business succession, asset management and wealth succession, and family business governance, while promoting entrepreneurship and innovation in a global landscape characterized by UACCS (Uncertainty, Ambiguity, Complexity, Changeability, and Scarcity). By integrating leading theories, such as HeXie Management Theory, and utilizing the Syntegrative Education model, students will be equipped to apply these concepts and develop critical skills through hands-on experience in industry-oriented projects, collaborating with industrial partners such as Qianrong Investment Hoilding Group and CITIC Bank.
With a competitive Enterprise Governance, Innovation and Succession pathway, this industry-oriented programme cultivates future family business successors, business partners, and professional managers. It provides you with a critical understanding of enterprise governance, innovation and succession. It also prepares you to lead and engage in enterprises to sustain continued prosperity and growth.

Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation with a Specialization in Strategic Human Resources Management Pathway
The Strategic Human Resources Management (SHR) pathway has deep cooperation with the industry leading enterprises such as Humanpool, Linlong Yunke, BenQ Guru, and SIPHRD. This pathway focuses on the new challenges and opportunities in the field of human resources (such as intelligent human resources: strategy and practice, talent strategy and ecosystem construction, cross-cultural management and leadership, etc.) in the era of digitalisation and AI (artificial intelligence), and is dedicated to cultivating international, intelligent and strategic human resources talents to meet the needs of future development. It cultivates students’ ability to enable strategic change and innovation in organisations.
The technological progress in the era of digital intelligence has widely and profoundly changed the production and life pattern of human beings. Therefore, it is an inevitable choice to understand its emergence causes and evolution mechanism comprehensively and systematically. To respond the strategic issues of human resources management in the new era with forward-looking vision, open thinking, integrated methodology and the HeXie mindset, and then achieve the unification of individual career growth, industrial innovative development, and social synergistic progress, is the important mission.

Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation with a Specialization in Smart Ageing and Health Management Pathway
The Smart Ageing and Health Management pathway, jointly developed by the Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Hub in Entrepreneur College（Taicang）and the HeXie Academy, focuses on the use of digital and intelligent technology to empower the collaborative and innovative management in wellbeing of the elderly and industry. We are committed to building a talent pool of silver economy and healthcare innovation ecosystem, contributing to the active response to the ageing population and the enhancement of the wellbeing of the elderly and the society.
The Smart Ageing and Health Management pathway provides an interdisciplinary education, led by faculty with expertise in social sciences, business, engineering, and the sciences. The curriculum covers key areas such as health policy, ageing-related technologies, community engagement, and wellness management. Through a combination of classroom learning and hands-on projects, students will develop practical skills and a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities in ageing and health management. Graduates are well-prepared to make a positive impact across a variety of professional sectors.

The College of Industry-Entrepreneurs (CIE) and the HeXie Management Research Centre at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU) offer a range of postgraduate programmes built upon XJTLU’s international educational resources.
At the master’s level, the offerings include the Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation with Specialisation in Enterprise Governance, Innovation and Succession Pathway, the Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation with a Specialization in Strategic Human Resources Management Pathway, and the Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation with a Specialization in Smart Ageing and Health Management Pathway.
At the doctoral level, the centre provides two programmes: PhD in Business and PhD in Education. These programmes are designed for scholars and professionals who aim to integrate rigorous academic research with practical application in industry contexts.
