PhD in Education
PhD students at HeXie Academy will focus on the educational innovation ecosystem based on HeXie Management Theory, including aspects of HeXie Education and Educational Innovation Ecosystem, Educational Technology and Innovation, Talent Ecosystem Strategy, Lifelong Learning and Digital Literacy Education, Succession and Family Education, Elderly Education, Industrial Talent Skills and Vocational Education, Sustainable Education, Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education, Special Education.

The College of Industry-Entrepreneurs (CIE) and the HeXie Management Research Centre at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU) offer a range of postgraduate programmes built upon XJTLU’s international educational resources.
At the master’s level, the offerings include the Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation with Specialisation in Enterprise Governance, Innovation and Succession Pathway, the Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation with a Specialization in Strategic Human Resources Management Pathway, and the Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation with a Specialization in Smart Ageing and Health Management Pathway.
At the doctoral level, the centre provides two programmes: PhD in Business and PhD in Education. These programmes are designed for scholars and professionals who aim to integrate rigorous academic research with practical application in industry contexts.
