HR Business Partner

  • Staffing and Recruitment
  • Employment Life-cycle Management
  • Talent and Performance Management
  • Employee Relations

Compensation and Benefits

  • Total Compensation and Payroll Management
  • Employment Contract Management
  • Benefits Management, e.g. Holiday, Social Security, Commercial Insurance etc.
  • Individual Income Tax Management
  • Compliance Management

Talent Management & Development

  • Performance Management
  • Staff Training & Development, e.g. Orientation Training, Induction Training, Management Training, Professional Training etc.

HR Admin and External Liaison

  • Foreign affairs, e.g. Visa/WPN/WPC/RP application for expats
  • Onboarding service, e.g. Accommodation, Transportation etc.
  • Staff support for emergency
  • Other admin support
