Professor Mark Leach received his PhD degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Northumbria University, UK, in 2005. He is currently a full Professor and Deputy Dean at the School of Advanced Technology. His research interests include antennas, radio frequency, microwave engineering, electromagnetic measurements or simulations, energy harvesting, wireless power, energy transfer, and wireless communication networks.
Professor Xinheng Wang is currently a full Professor at the Department of Mechatronics and Robotics, School of Advanced Technology, Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. His research interests cover intelligent and connected vehicles, airport robotics, intelligent manufacturing, edge computing, digital twin, acoustic localisation, communications and sensing, healthcare, motion and posture detection, indoor positioning and data services, and condition monitoring of power systems.
Dr Kim is currently a Senior Associate Professor at the Department of Communications and Networking, School of Advanced Technology, Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. His research interests cover synchronization and localization, network architectures and protocols, pricing in communication networks and smart grids, and artificial intelligence and machine learning for networking and communications.
Dr Yu is currently a Senior Associate Professor at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. Her research interests cover sonar detection, wavelet analysis, multi-robot coordination, cross-medium communication and simulation platform, multi-sensor fusion and target detection, and medical image analysis.
Dr Jia is currently a Senior Associate Professor at the Department of Communications and Networking, School of Advanced Technology, Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. His research interests cover connected and automated driving, intelligent transportation systems, digital-twin-enabled transportation, and low-altitude air mobility.
Dr Liu is currently an Associate Professor at the Department of Communications and Networking, School of Advanced Technology, Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. Her research interests cover the development of intelligent algorithms and wearable systems for healthcare applications.
