Student Associations

With the guidance and support of the College of Industry-Entrepreneurs (CIE) and HeXie Management Research Centre (HeXie Academy), four distinctive student associations have successfully passed their defense and are officially established: the HeXie Mindset Development Association (HMDA), Entrepreneurship and Innovation Student Club (EISC), Student Club of Talent Ecosystem Development (TEDA), and Smart Aging and Health Management Club (SAHC). 

Guided by the core principles of HeXie Management Theory, these associations will focus on diverse fields, aiming to enhance students’ comprehensive competencies and competitiveness through academic research, practical training, and industry engagement. Below is a brief introduction and future activity outlook for each association.

HeXie Mindset Development Association (HMDA)

Highlights

  • Growth System Guided by HeXie Management Theory, Utilizing HeXie Management Theory as the core framework, we assist members in constructing mental models to cope with uncertainty and cultivate their ability to maintain cognitive synergy in complex environments.
  • Empowerment Support for Global Competition, Leveraging the resources of the College of Industry-Entrepreneurs and the HeXie Management Research Center, we establish a platform for direct dialogue with scholars and entrepreneurs. This provides comprehensive support for members’ academic and professional development.
  • Dual-Path Driven Comprehensive Capability Development, Through a dual-track approach combining practical and research-oriented activities, we integrate diverse formats such as corporate visits and academic workshops to comprehensively enhance members’ innovation capabilities, research literacy, and practical experience.

Entrepreneurship and Innovation Student Club (EISC)

Highlights

Relying on the support of the College of Industry-Entrepreneurs (CIE) and the HeXie Management Research Centre (HeXie Academy), we have established an “syntegration+” student development platform. This initiative brings together resources from the university, industries, and enterprises to provide students with comprehensive support in learning, scientific research, career development, and campus life. By fostering a deep understanding of industry and corporate trends, and offering targeted training for workplace skills, the platform aims to enhance students’ academic capabilities, professional competencies, and overall campus experience.

Upcoming Events

  • Industry-University-Research-Government-Society Activities: Regularly host events on topics related to “innovation, entrepreneurship, industry-university-research collaboration”, such as the “Industry Insight Forum” and innovation and entrepreneurship exchange meetings.
  • Career Development: Provide skill training and experience sharing for postgraduate entrance exams, civil service exams, PhD applications, (internship) job searches, and academic research, to better prepare students for further education or employment after graduation.
  • Campus Life: Organize various college-supported campus life competitions initiated by club members, such as the “Enterprise Inheritance and Innovation” case analysis competition and the “Future Life” dormitory culture festival.

Student Club of Talent Ecosystem Development (TEDA)

Highlights

The Talent Ecosystem Development Society is a student club that focuses on the future development of talents, connecting students, teachers and industry experts to jointly explore new models of talent cultivation in the AI era.
