Presenter requirement: Each accepted paper or presentation must be linked to at least one registered delegate who will present it in person at the conference.
Presentation limit: Each registered delegate may present up to 2 papers. If more than two papers are accepted, additional presenting delegates will need to register.
Co-authorship: There is no limit to the number of papers on which a delegate may be listed as a co-author. However, co-authorship alone does not meet the presenter registration requirement.
Student Registration: Reduced registration fees are available for students. Proof of student status, such as a valid student ID or an official letter from the institution, must be provided at the time of registration.
Important notes
Everyone attending the conference must register. Attendees (who are not presenting) should select the “Non-Presenting” registration category.
