RoboPetCare

RoboPetCare

Brief Introduction:

RoboPetCare connects with mobile apps using robotic devices. By monitoring and analyzing the behavior of pets, it can identify the health status of the pets. It alerts the pet owners when abnormal behaviors occur. At the same time, it stores the pet’s behavior logs. Combined with the pet’s physiological information entered by the pet owner in the app, it generates personalized feeding plan suggestions.

How it is being developed:

In terms of hardware, the setup is carried out by purchasing relevant development kits (such as ESP32), and the product appearance is printed using 3D printing technology. In terms of software, the existing model is first used for testing. The collected test data is compared with that provided by professional frontline stray cat and dog rescue personnel to correct the data, fine-tune the model and fill the knowledge base, and continuously improve the functions.

Expected outcome:

Develop a device capable of recognizing and analyzing the behaviors of pets, along with a corresponding mobile app for testing and improvement. Subsequently, more modular functions will be integrated, such as feeding, remote video monitoring, and pet entertainment.
