The School of CHIPS focuses on industry-oriented research in line with the efforts of XJTLU Entrepreneur College (Taicang). Currently, the School’s research priorities include:

  • Enabling technologies in Microelectronics Science and Engineering

This priority focuses on the applications and innovations of microelectronics technology to various areas in the microchip domain. Efforts in this priority seek to apply microelectronics technology to interdisciplinary areas to understand the transformations of industries and societies. Research in this priority also analyses technology development and investigates the synergies, influences and strategies among enterprises and microelectronics industries.
