The transcript is a record of your academic performance. It lists the titles and marks of the modules you have studied in each academic year. It contains your registration information as a student and, upon graduation, the date of your awarded degree and your degree classification.
XJTLU official transcript is printed on official letter-headed paper with the Registry seal in a format commonly accepted by employers, educational institutions and immigration agencies.
The transcript contains the student’s registration information, enrolled modules and achieved marks, yearly average marks, and other academic achievements such as Progression Scholarship, Final Year Prizes and work placement information. All the information will only be displayed on the transcript when they become valid following relevant university procedures.
An interim transcript of the University of Liverpool (UoL) is printed on the official University of Liverpool letter-headed paper with the signature of a designated UoL senior member of staff. Registry at XJTLU is authorised by the University of Liverpool to print the interim transcript on its behalf for 4+0 undergraduate students who are studying at Stage 3 or 4 and postgraduate students.
In order to obtain an official transcript, you should ensure you have completed the annual registration (including the financial registration).
Upon submission of your request, an acknowledgement (confirmation) email will be sent to your XJTLU email account.
Normally your request will be processed within 5 working days, and it may take longer during busy times.
In each request for XJTLU Official Transcript, you will be charged 10RMB for the first copy and 2RMB for every additional copy.
Note: Transcripts will normally be destroyed after one month if not collected.
The Enrolment Status Letter is provided to all degree students and Exchange/Visiting students who are currently enrolled at XJTLU. It is a proof of your status as a registered student of the University. You may need it for employment, visa application or any other situation where you need evidence to show you are an XJTLU student. The letter is produced on the official letter-headed paper with the Registry seal.
For 2+2 students currently enrolled at the University of Liverpool, the Enrolment Status Letter will not be available from XJTLU. Please contact the University of Liverpool directly for your letter. The Past Enrolment Status Letter is provided to 2+2 students upon request. The letter is produced on the official letter-headed paper with the Registry seal. It details your student information and also displays that you have chosen the 2+2 study route and gone to the University of Liverpool for the last two-year studies.
In order to obtain an Enrollment Status Letter/Past Enrollment Status Letter, you should ensure you have no outstanding fees or debts to the University. Your request will only be processed when all debts are cleared. And you can request a maximum of 20 copies of the Enrollment Status Letter/Past Enrollment Status Letter in each academic year and a maximum of 10 copies in each application.
In each request for the Enrollment Status Letter, you will be charged 10RMB for the first copy and 2RMB for every additional copy. You will pay for the Enrollment Status Letter via the online Student Financial Centre – the money will be deducted by the system from your service charge fee.
In each request for the Past Enrollment Status Letter, you will be charged 10RMB for the first copy and 2RMB for every additional copy. You should transfer the money to the university bank account. The bank account information is available in the confirmation email sent upon submission of your request.
Note: The Letter(s) will normally be destroyed after one month if not collected.
The Letter of Explanation on the Language of Instruction is issued on an official letter-headed paper with the Registry stamp. It briefly introduces the background information about XJTLU and the language of instruction.
