Qing Zhang is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Educational Studies, and the School Ethics Coordinator at the Academy of Future Education. Prior to joining XJTLU, Qing worked as an Assistant Professor in the Human-computer Interaction (HCI) program at the State University of New York (SUNY) at Oswego. She also worked as an Online Education Support Specialist II at Washburn University. Over the past decade, she led and participated in interdisciplinary teams that brought together brilliant minds from various fields, including education, design, computer science, and engineering. Her current research focuses on virtual/augmented reality, online education, computational thinking, and user-experience design. She has published in SSCI, EI, and Scopus journals.Qing is recruiting students (can be undergraduate or graduate students) to join one of her ongoing my projects in collaboration with faculty from the department of educational studies and school of advanced technology at XJTLU, and Hangzhou Normal University. Students with some technical backgrounds/skills are preferred.
