In the last three years, the Laboratory has published more than 50 international SCI/SSCI journal papers, including 1MSOM (UT24) and 7 at ABS4, ABDC A* level and above (top journals of management science). In addition, 3 articles by Laboratory researchers were selected as ESI Highly Cited Papers, 7 articles were published in top international management science journals, and the Laboratory successfully organised 2 special issues in top journals on supply chain finance.
The Laboratory’s research projects on the applications of operational research and artificial intelligence algorithms in supply chain decision-making, system dynamics in solving supply chain uncertainty, supply chain finance and the influence of behavioural research on the supply chain have been generally recogniszed by domestic counterparts, and have received funding from the National Natural Science Foundation of China.
Operational optimisation for Anwood Logistics System Cooperation (ALSCO)’s shared pallets business, 500,000 RMB, 1 September 2019 to 31 May 2021;
Artificial intelligence-based supply chain optimisation platform, 990,000 RMB, 1 July 2018 to 13 January 2022; and
IoT (Internet of Things)-based hazardous logistics monitoring and risk assessing system, 960,000 RMB, 30 June 2018 to 19 April 2021.
