This project aims to develop a biomimetic skin-like platform based on microfluidic technology, which can replace the human-involved experiment of extracting interstitial fluid through electroosmosis. By introducing multi-layer micro-structured chips and precise electric field control systems, it enables the controllable simulation of interstitial fluid transmembrane migration, providing an ethical-free and highly reliable in vitro testing platform.
