Yihong Wang


Dr. Wang is a Lecturer at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. His research currently focuses on the field of Human-Computer/Robot Interaction (HCI/HRI) with particular concentration on crowdsourcing, location-based games, and digital user behavior and modeling.
He has published his work in multiple top-level journals and conferences, namely the ACM Conference on Human Factors in Computing Systems (CHI), Computer-Supported Cooperative Work And Social Computing (CSCW), Proceedings of the ACM on Human-Computer Interactionk (PACMHCI), and the Communication of the ACM (CACM).
He organized and participated in many special interest groups/workshops such as the Asian CHI Symposium, SIGCHI-CSCW Asia winter/summer school, and Group Modeling, Adaptation and Personalization (GMAP). He also serves the community in multiple roles, assisting the work of the ACM Conference on Human Factors in Computing Systems (CHI), the Behaviour Information Technology Journal (TBIT), the 30th ACM Conference on User Modeling, Adaptation and Personalization (UMAP’22) and the International Conference on Virtual Reality (ICVR).
