The theme of ICSBS2023 is Towards a Carbon Neutral Future, and the conference is specifically devoted to developing, applying, and educating a broad range of Civil, Urban, and Architectural advancements for achieving a carbon-neutral future in the built environment. ICSBS2023 will provide a forum for researchers and practitioners worldwide to present their research findings and education approach on recent developments in the fields of construction materials and structural engineering, building engineering and sustainable design, intelligent construction engineering and management, urbanism and architecture, and circular economy and sustainable development. A global network of scholars will gather at this event to share the state-of-the-art research and practice for tackling the challenges of 21st-century sustainable buildings and structures. This premier conference emphasises an interdisciplinary approach to research and innovation to educate and inspire the next generations. The goal is to be able to deal with more and more complex couplings in the sustainability of the interdisciplinary urban hub.
