The conference will be held at the International Academic Exchange and Collaboration Center on the south campus of Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. The registration fee covers conference proceedings, access to all sessions and keynote speeches, a delegate’s pack, lunches, tea breaks, and dinner and banquet.
For accepted papers, at least one author must register for the conference and present the paper. Participants with a paper should provide their Easychair Paper ID (XXXX) during online registration. Participants without a paper should provide the Paper ID (0000) during online registration.
We are organizing a series of workshops as part of the conference. Our expert workshop leaders will offer interactive sessions, providing valuable insights and hands-on experience. Each workshop has limited seating, available on a first-come-first-serve basis, with a maximum of 20 participants.
We invite you to participate in our competition, which includes several awards. The competition will feature a Best Paper Award for all authors, a Best Poster Award for students (as first authors), and a Best Presentation Award for students (as first/co-authors). We encourage all participants to submit their best work for consideration. Winners will be recognized at the conference and receive prizes.
Posters should be submitted through Easychair by August 1st, 2023, using the provided format. The conference will handle the printing of posters.
