Collection in person:

• The original copy of your national ID/ passport;

Collect by authorised representative:

• An authorised letter signed by you (download the authorisation letter template); and
• A copy of your national ID/passport; and
• The original copy of the national ID/passport of the authorised representative; and
• A copy of the national ID/passport of the authorised representative.
