There are a lot of things to remember on your graduation day, our graduation flowchart and checklist will help you to make sure you’ve not forgotten anything.

After the ceremony

• Please log on BOX after the ceremony to download the electronic group photo and graduation video.
• Visit the alumni web pages to see how you can stay in touch with the University, and how you can help us to continue to provide world class education and research, both now and in the future.

Connect to Alumni Association

After graduation, you will join in the big family, XJTLU Alumni Association, and you will have:

Alumni Email (E.g. Student Account@alumni.xjtlu.edu.cn, Webpage http://mail.xjtlu.edu.cn)

Alumni Permanent Account: By using the alumni permanent account, you can log in XJTLU Alumni Website, E-bridge, Learning Mall, and Career Centre, connect the WIFI (SSID：XJTLU) on the XJTLU campus etc. You will have your permanent alumni e-mail account as well.

Reminder: your student email box will expire within half a year after your graduation so please remember to download important files ASAP.
