The “Sailing Programme” aims to cultivate talent with international perspectives, an investment banker’s mindset, and practical skills for Chinese enterprises seeking to enter the Central and Eastern European (CEE) market. It will guide students in career planning and entrepreneurship and help them adapt to the increasingly globalised work environment.
The Postdoctoral Innovation Centre is a platform that helps Chinese companies expand globally by integrating resources and offering innovative education services. Based in Hungary, it covers countries like Poland, Romania, and Serbia, providing services such as investment consulting, human resources consulting, and technology incubation.
The Centre leverages the research strengths of Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, Xi’an Jiaotong University, and partner enterprises, to turn scientific achievements into business ventures by integrating industry, education, and research. It also regularly organises events such as “Investment Discovery Tours”, inviting entrepreneurs to on-site visits in the CEE market to deepen their understanding of the local dynamics.
