Famei Shen
Famei’s research interests include entrepreneurship, innovation, and social networks, especially homophily. Her work has been published in such journals as Journal of Business Research and Asia Pacific Business Review. In addition, she tapped into her case development talents and developed cases that occur in IVEY Publishing, SAGE Business Cases, etc. Her recent work has been awarded first prize at the international conference.

Jiayi Xiao
I am currently a second-year Ph.D. student in XJTLU. My main research interests are technology innovation, innovation management and innovation ecosystems. My research focuses on understanding how interactions among participants within ecosystems influence the technological innovation strategies of focal firms. I am particularly interested in the dynamic roles played by various stakeholders and how these interdependencies shape strategic decision-making and innovation outcomes.

My research interests mainly lie in organizational innovation opportunities in the digital era, including but not limited to organizational capabilities, technology adoption, organizational change, digital transformation, and innovation performance. In addition, I have two periods of teaching assistant experience, mainly coaching students in the courses of entrepreneurship.

My broader research interests include leadership, employee voice, and proactive behavior. I have also contributed to faculty-led projects on diverse topics in the organizational behavior field at IBSS.
