Associate Professor in Innovation & Entrepreneurship; Program Director of MSc Management

Double-PhD, University of Groningen and University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Associate Professor in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at International Business School Suzhou (IBSS), Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU); Senior Fellow of Higher Education Academy (UK); Outstanding Teacher of XJTLU; Innovation and Entrepreneur Mentor of International Innovation Hub (IIH, XJTLU); Adjunct Senior Research Fellow of XIPU Institution (the think-tank of XJTLU). As a representative of Chinese PhD students studying in the Netherlands, he was invited by Dutch Royalty attending the state banquet welcoming President XI Jinping’s visit.

His research areas include ecosystems of innovation and entrepreneurship, governmental entrepreneurship, social and green entrepreneurship, social and knowledge network, and cultural impacts on innovation and entrepreneurship. Besides academic output in journals, such as Technovation, R&D Management, Industry and Innovation, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, and Scientometrics, Dr.Wang has played a key role in several think-tank and advisory projects of XJTLU and works as a trainer and advisor of transcultural collaboration, innovation, and entrepreneurship for enterprises and governmental agencies.

汪潇,荷兰格罗宁根大学与中国科学院大学双博士、国际高等教育学院高级院士、博士生导师、西浦国际商学院管理学硕士(全日和非全日制)专业主任、西浦国际创新港创新与创业家导师、西浦智库特约高级研究员。聚焦于研究和探索跨文化和国际化背景下与创意、创新、创业(三创)相关的战略管理问题,并擅长将研究成果转化为赋能企业实践的策略和方法。除了代表性著作《Catch-up and Radical Innovation in Chinese State-Owned Enterprises: Exploring Large Infrastructure Projects》、《中华智慧远践有为》外,《苏州工业业园区战略新兴行业调研报告》荣获2020 年度“ 江苏省社科应用研究精品工程” 优秀成果二等奖。
