Dr. Jie Li is an Associate Professor in the International Business School Suzhou at XJTLU. He obtained his Ph.D. in Management from Osaka University in 2015. Prior to joining XJTLU, he worked as an Associate Professor at Shanghai University. His research interests are in the area of international human resource management and employees’ proactive behavior. His work has appeared in such journals as the Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Business Ethics, and International Business Review.
