The Department of Strategic Management and Organisation encompasses the fields of human resource management, international business, strategy, and leadership.
We actively pursue excellence in student learning and teaching, academic research and social impact, and promote a student-centred education by bridging theory and practice.
The department has a strong team of academic staff and PhD students, and regularly publishes in top journals, such as Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Management International Review, Industrial Marketing Management and R&D Management.
