    Technology and Performance – networked performance festival

    Technology and Performance is a networked performance festival hosted annually at the School of Cultural Technology, Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. The performance events are all performed and curated by year three students from BA Arts, Technology and Entertainment with Contemporary Entrepreneurialism as part of the module Technology and Performance. As part of the festival students explore and develop skills in:

    • Metaverses and 3D worlds
    • Audio-visual performance
    • Programming and live coding
    • Sonic arts
    • Video and animation
    • AI
    • Curation
    • Event organisation, design and promotion
    • Proposal writing and performance design
    • Collaboration
