V. Key Features
1. Contingency Fund: Reserve ¥50,000 CNY for exceptional achievements requiring immediate recognition.
2. Talent Development Tracking: Awardees join the “IME-Haier Talent Pool” for prioritised career mentoring and resources.
3. Innovation Conversion Incentive: Additional rewards granted via the “Industry-Academia Innovation Award” if student projects are adopted by Haier.
4. Annual Review & Optimisation: Refine scholarship criteria annually based on talent development analytics.
VI. Notes
1. The School Scholarship does not overlap with the existing XJTLU scholarship mechanism.
2. Fraudulent applications will be disqualified with rewards revoked.
3. The scholarships will be distributed following the announcement of the results.

4. Final interpretation rights of the above scholarship scheme are reserved by the School of Intelligent Manufacturing Ecosystem.

IME-Haier Scholarship Scheme
I. Strategic Objectives
1. Collaborative Talent Ecosystem: Establish a closed-loop system of “selection-cultivation-placement”, encourage innovation, and cultivate elite talents at the bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral levels in intelligent manufacturing for the industry and partner organisations.
2. Industry-Academia Partnerships: Create an incentive pathway for industry partner’ employees to pursue further education, facilitating bidirectional talent flow between academia and industry.
3. Elevate the School’s brand influence through excellence in talent acquisition, competitive achievements, academic contributions, and innovation-driven entrepreneurship, driving the development of the Schools’ culture of technological innovation.
