Please double check your graduation information on e-Bridge and then make the corresponding return plan regarding of your attendance of Spring 2024 graduation ceremony at SIP in person.
Graduates who will attend the spring ceremony shall collect their graduation tickets at our Registration Desk and Graduation Related Materials at the Lobby of Ground Floor, IA Building. The ticketing point will be open from 1:30pm Tuesday 23 April 2024.
Second Station: Lobby of Ground Floor, IA Building
After you collect your graduation tickets and materials, please don’t forget to collect your academic dress sets with RMB 500 deposit at the Lobby of Ground Floor, IA Building. The Academic Dress Point will also be open at 1:30pm Tuesday 23 April 2024.
Third Station: G13W, Central Building
Make sure you arrive at the ceremony hall with your graduation tickets and take the seats at 8:30am for morning ceremony and 1:30pm for afternoon ceremony.
Fourth Station: Lobby of Ground Floor, IA Building
Return your academic dress sets before 4:00pm on Friday 26 April 2024 so that you can collect your deposits back. Be careful of the tassels on your hats at all times!
