Dr Andrew Huey Ping Tan, Programme Director of MSc IESIO, says the programme will meet the needs of students seeking to excel in the dynamic field of intelligent manufacturing and industrial operations.

“The University’s multicultural setting fosters a global perspective, encouraging students to think beyond local markets and understand the nuances of global industrial operations. The programme’s delivery in English also ensures that language barriers do not hinder learning and professional growth,” he says.

“In addition, the programme includes a semester-long internship or work-integrated learning project, providing students with the chance to gain practical experience in an industrial setting. This not only enhances their technical skills but also gives them a taste of the professional environment, making them more attractive to potential employers,” he continues.

“MSc IESIO is more than just an academic programme; it is a comprehensive pathway to a successful career in the global industrial sector. By integrating advanced technical education with practical industry experience and leadership training, the programme ensures that graduates are well-equipped to meet the demands of the modern industrial world and become leaders in their field,” he says.
