从事集成电路设计工作二十多年，先后成功开发多个系列大规模集成电路，如PC外设控制电路、8位通用微控制器，32位数模混合微控制器电路等等，产品技术水平居国内领先地位，取得了显著的经济效益。作为技术负责人，先后承担了江苏省成果转化项目《超低功耗微控制器的研发及产业化》、核高基项目《基于国产 CPU 的计算机外设 SoC 芯片研发》等重大项目。多年来，基于所研发项目个人发表论文10多篇并有20多个项目获得专利授权。
Hai Zhao has been working in the integrated circuit design for over 20 years, and has successfully developed many series of large scale integrated circuits, such as PC peripheral control circuits, 8 bit general purpose microcontroller, 32 bit mixed mode microcontroller circuits, etc.. The product technology level occupies the domestic leading position, has obtained the remarkable economic efficiency.
As a technical leader, he has undertaken the major projects of Jiangsu Province, such as the research and development of ultra-low Power Microcontroller, and the research and development of computer peripheral SOC chip based on domestic CPU. In recent years, he has published more than 10 papers and obtained more than 20 patents.
