市场开拓：实现市场需求与技术开发精准对接，成功开拓了山东钢铁、江苏亚新等泵站的节能项目十多项，节电率均在30%左右，深受客户好评。
Dr. Jin Chen has served as deputy president and general manager in Yinglang Group, Liancheng New Fluid and Suzhou Luodefu Company. He has been responsible for technology, sales management and enterprise operation management, and has the comprehensive management ability of organization operation, technology development and market development in the field of pump system.
Operation and management: Strategic management and technological innovation drive were implemented. During the work in Yinglang Group, it promoted the enterprise to science and technology, built the provincial engineering technology research center and other innovation platforms, approved as the national key high-tech enterprise and won the China Private Enterprise Innovation Award; built and established Liancheng new fluid company, occupied the market with comprehensive energy saving technology, and was wholly acquired by Jiangsu Yongyi Pump Company; Organize the team to create Suzhou Luodefu Company, with intelligence as the development direction, and won the Excellence Award in Suzhou Entrepreneurship Paradise Competition.
