史晓波博士（Dr. Xiaobo Shi）

史晓波博士2016年于苏州大学获得物理学博士。曾赴瑞典林雪平大学从事博士后研究工作。史晓波博士从事过OLED、量子点LED、钙钛矿LED等电致发光器件方向研究，对于有机半导体器件物理、光学模拟、表面/界面物理等都有深入研究。
史晓波博士2017年加入江苏集萃有机光电技术研究所，主要从事OLED光源产业化的研究开发，对于OLED光源生产技术工艺有着深入的了解，领导团队完成了高性能白光OLED光源、高性能红光OLED光源、柔性OLED光源、透明OLED光源等新技术开发，同时还主导了OLED光源片、OLED护眼灯、OLED汽车尾灯、OLED护发仪等新产品的开发，组织团队完成了国内首条G2.5代OLED光源量产线的建设。
Dr. Shi received his PhD in Physics from Suzhou University in 2016. He has been to Likoping University in Sweden to engage in postdoctoral research. Dr. Shi has been engaged in OLED, quantum dot LED, Perovskite LED and other electroluminescent device direction research. He also has in-depth research for organic semiconductor device physics, optical simulation, surface/interface physics and so on.
Dr. Shi joined IOO in 2017, mainly engaged in OLED light source industrialization research and development. He has an in-depth understanding for OLED light source production technology. He led the team completed the high-performance white light OLED light source, high-performance red light OLED light source, flexible OLED Light source, transparent OLED light source and other new technology development. He also led the OLED light source, OLED eye care lamp, OLED car taillights, OLED hair conditioner and other new product development. His team completed the construction of the first G2.5 generation OLED light source production line as well. At present, mainly responsible for the development of new technology and new product in IOO, as well as related technology vector production import and product scale production.
