Every Chinese teacher is passionate about teaching new content to students and they motivated me to challenge advanced Chinese. All the class materials are well-prepared and interactive, hence I have lots of confidence with my Chinese and it helps me to make more Chinese friends and I can travel China by myself.）

简介
现代语言中心中文教学部致力于为学习者打造优质的学习中文、了解中国的平台，为中外语言和文化交流搭建桥梁。中文教学部提供从初级到高级共计14个不同级别的中文课程，课程对标欧洲语言共同框架（CEFR）及中文水平考试（HSK），目前已累计培养了来自80多个国家的留学生逾5000名。中文教学部设有中文水平考试（HSK）考点，并提供HSK备考课程。此外，部门还与本校国际中文教育专业密切协作，合力推进该专业的课程开发和中文教学研究。
教学概况
中文教学部的授课对象包括国际本科生、硕士生、交换生、非学历短期项目学生和外籍员工等。在教学中，中文教学部注重互动和实用，始终坚持以学生为中心来培养学生的中文交际能力。全体教师积极开发中文教学素材，广泛运用西浦学习超市、VR实验室等教育技术辅助语言学习，致力于让学生在真实情境中学习并使用中文，从而提高中文的交际能力。中文教学部还定期开设中国文化工作坊，并组织学生进行文化实地考察等活动，以引导学生更深入地了解和探索苏州及中国各地文化。
