*Executive Education, also known as Executive Management Training (EMT), refers to the training of business management skills. According to the “Notice on Further Standardizing and Strengthening the Long-term Management Training Work of Central Enterprises” jointly issued by the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, the Ministry of Finance, and the Ministry of Education, in order to adapt to the new normal of economic development, supply-side structural reform, economic globalization, enterprise reform and development, as well as the building of leadership teams and talent pools, it is necessary to further enhance the management level and competitiveness of central enterprises. To this end, non-degree long-term EMT training should be conducted for mid-to-senior-level business management personnel of central enterprises.
